The next plugin I use for further screen zooms in scenarios such as cutscenes is MBS Map Zoom.

More info about SRD's game upgrader can be found here - If you are using MV, in Yanfly core change the battle animation framerate to 1 (thats 60fps) and also check his site, he has an fps synch plugin. I placed the plugin after Yanfly's plugins and it seemed to work fine after that.

SRD's game upgrader worked for the general upscaling gameplay while at higher resolutions like 1920x1080. I use 2 different pluggins to achieve the results I wanted. I am currently using Yanfly's Core Engine for additional pluggins with the most up to date versions of RPG Maker MV and on Windows 10 platform. I was wondering how Yanfly did the camera zoom for their ingame cutscenes and also if that trick can be applied to the entire game for changing the resolution/size. All web-based RPG Maker MV games would then use the same configuration, same global save file, and all RPG Maker MV games played by an individual would share the same save slots. Here is a link to the video with timestamp - By default, RPG Maker MV defaults all of the saves to RPG FileX. I've seen a video where Yanfly was explaining animated battlers and he made a cut scene where the camera was able to zoom in and not lose quality. I've seen another pluggin that lets you zoom the camera in with a resolution size of 1920x1080 but then the sprites all look fuzzy and blurry. I've tried plugins that allow you to change the resolution of the game but will have your game zoomed way out. I'm sorry if this question have been asked a million times before, but I haven't been able to find a solution to it so far.
